Our Policies
Policies & Procedures
Academic performance is important for many reasons. It can open the door to opportunity and pave the way for future success, both in higher education and professionally; however, we believe a values-based, international education is of equal importance.
Our values-driven international education is expressed through policies which are woven into every academic and extra curricular life at James Hope College.
We live and breathe four policies that form the basis of everything we do. They include:

Customer Service Procedures
James Hope will provide a holistic education that will enable students and graduates compete with their peers across the globe. Parents are valued as an integral part of the James Hope family, since we are aware of the benefits that accrue from virtuous home-school partnerships. Staff receive on-going training to deliver a first-class customer service to all stakeholders, and in return, they are accorded the status of highly appreciated internal customers.
Value For Money
At James Hope our focus is affordable excellence. For this reason, we offer great value for money. Our facilities are world-class, our class sizes are very small and our staff are experienced at delivering superb results within a conducive and disciplined environment.
Many schools with our pedigree in Nigeria or around the globe charge as much as double or triple our fees. If you believe this is too good to be true, a visit will convince you. Furthermore, our principle of affordable excellence is a genuine long term policy. It is underwritten by a visionary founder who has pledged to give deserving individuals the chance to transcend background and country in making a significant contribution to global leadership.
